Mirjana Počanić is a founder of Počanić Law. She was a former judge of the Basic Court in Kotor until 2003, when she started attorney carrier.
She brought 10 years of the courtroom experience to the attorney legal practice, which made her an expert litigator who has achieved positive results for her clients at all levels of the courts in Montenegro, including the Supreme Court and Constitutional Court.
Her practices focus primarily on litigation practice.
She is registered with the Bar Association of Montenegro.

Josip Počanić joined the office in 2014, after graduating at the University of Bologna (Italy) and gaining knowledge at the University of Oklahoma (USA) and the University of Georgetown (USA). This unique international experience gives him the profound understanding of client’s needs and commitment to customize solutions to each of our clients.
His practice focuses primarily on foreign clients, property law, commercial law, administrative law, civil and criminal law.
He is registered with the Bar Association of Montenegro and corresponds in English, Italian and Montenegrin.
